Customer Rating: Summary: Great game but.... Comment: I had great difficulty in installing this game on my computer. I eventually had to go on-line and download a patch from Giggles for VISTA users. Still my daughter (twenty months old) loves this game. It is very educational and entertaining. She enjoys this game so much that I have odered Giggles "ABC's and 1,2,3's." Hopefully, I will not have as painful a time installing this Giggles game.
Customer Rating: Summary: Very fun! Comment: My daugher, 11 months old, LOVED this software, mostly because she can press on all of the keys and they all make the program work. Some of the places you can go are more entertaining than others but they are all nice. She learned how to mimic a monkey from this software! The only problem I am having is that since my keyboard has buttons that will make certain functions work (i.e. volume, calculator, internet) if she touches any of them it will make that program pop up so I have to be careful she doesn't touch any of them. I suppose if you have a "normal, basic" keyboard you wouldn't have this problem.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good interactive software Comment: Overall I think this is a pretty good piece of software since my 16 month old enjoys banging on the keys. This responds to exactly that with several different interactive "games". The only problem is that I don't have speakers by the monitor so every time he hits a key he will look at the computer on the floor because that is where the sound is coming from. My four year old likes to play with this software with his little brother for a little while but gets bored with its redundancy after a few minutes.
Customer Rating: Summary: Fun program, but needs updating for OS X Comment: This program is lots of fun for a baby. It runs a little slowly on our 700 MHz G4 eMac, but our baby loves it. The only critique, though, is that it won't run on a limited account in OS X. The companion game, 123 & ABCs will let me set up the baby's account to allow me to add it to her account's limits list, but the Animal Friends does not. As a result, either I cannot run it on her account, or I have to allow administrator privileges to her account. I cannot do that since her sister also uses the computer.
Customer Rating: Summary: Giggles Computer Funtime for Baby - My Animal Friends Comment: I have bought so many baby/toddler games and none seem to work on my new imac. These are great and my 21 month old can do it herself. She loves it. I wish I cold find more like this.
