Summary: Almost False Advertisment
Comment: Perhaps I was not informed but the lighter seemed "new" on the outside but upon closer inspection it really was not. I used a tissue to get the lighter out of the case only to find out that it was not even properly cleaned. The item had fingerprint smudges on it. That was the first issue I had. Fingerprint smudges was not the real reason I was not satisfied. The shell also had 2 dents on the left side of the lighter. Upon opening the lighter I found out that the inside of the lighter had scratches all over it. Perhaps this is my inexperience but isn't a "new" lighter supposed to have no scratches? The scratches are not even minor scratches, there are so many that it is hard to read the words on the side of it.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the lighter.

Comment: The Zippo is great overall, the finish, the technology, the flame, the classic sense... however, the fuel evaporates rather quickly since the fuel cell is not air tight, unless you use lighters all day every day and are refilling and using this Zippo a lot, this is not the lighter for you. Sitting in "storage" for more than a couple weeks will dry out the filter and you'll be up a creek.
