One year after the birth of her daughter, Lola Sofia, Carnie is releasing her first ever solo album “A Mother’s Gift: Lullabies From The Heart.” The album is a collection of traditional and new songs, all inspired by Carnie’s recent journey into motherhood. The 12-track CD features such classics as “Over the Rainbow,” “What A Wonderful World,” and “You Are So Beautiful,” a moving duet with her father Brian Wilson. Additionally there is a cover of the song “Heaven” by her late uncle Carl Wilson. New tracks include “When You Dream” written by Carnie and her husband Rob Bonfiglio and “With the Sun” written by her sister Wendy. Carnie also recorded a new arrangement of the Elvis Presley classic “Love Me Tender” interpreted as a lullaby.
